Sports are very important for a children because they are good for us. Also sports help us stay strong and healthy. To have more energy at the time we do sport we must have a good alimentation that includes eating vegetables and fruits, although most do not like, they are good for us. Also we have to drink a lot of water.
We have to do sports very week, they are fun when you play with friends, there exist a lot of sports like: voley, basket, tenis ,etc. This are sports that you can play individual or in groups. If you play any sport you should know that it is good for your body and if you don´t like to do sports you should start trying to do someone. Think some day you can represent your country :)!
